For children to learn and for families to thrive, a sense of safety is essential. Feeling safe at home, at school, and in the community should not be a distant goal—but today, too many in our community are living in fear.
Para Los Niños de Highline is deeply rooted in the vibrant Latin American community of the Puget Sound. We work every day to ensure that children have access to quality education, and that parents are empowered with tools to support their families. I’ve had the privilege of serving this community for over 20 years, and I see firsthand the power of our programs to uplift and strengthen lives.
But these are heavy times. We are seeing more families under stress and more children experiencing anxiety. That’s why this moment is so important.
At the end of 2024, we reached a major milestone—we purchased our own building and launched a campaign to raise $1 million to renovate the space and establish a permanent home. Thanks to generous early supporters, we’ve already raised nearly 30% of our goal.
But there’s still much to do.
We urgently need to replace the roof, upgrade the HVAC system, and create a space that better serves our children and families. This isn’t just about renovations—it’s about creating a lasting foundation, a place our community can rely on.
Your support will help us reach that goal. Every contribution—large or small—brings us closer.
Please consider making a donation and sharing our campaign with others.
With heartfelt gratitude.
